We offer a few support plans to accommodate a range of needs and budgets. Each plan includes some number of support hours, an SLA, and a reduced price for additional hours. If you choose a platinum or diamond plan, you’ll be guaranteed 24×7 technical support with a 4-hour emergency response time. Here’s a quick rundown of what you can expect to get with each of our plans.
GOLD: The Essentials
Appropriate for many smaller businesses, our Gold plan comes with a predefined number of tech support hours, response hours from 8:00am – 5:00pm Mon-Fri, and an 8-hour emergency response time. Gold customers also get a ~ 10% discount for additional hours. The plan includes the most essential IT services, including patch management, help desk support, troubleshooting, and documentation updates. To keep the plan inexpensive but flexible, we offer lots of optional add-ons based on your specific infrastructure needs.
PLATINUM: Premium Service
,Appropriate for fast-growing, smaller and mid-sized businesses, our Platinum plan comes with a predefined number of tech support hours, 24×7 guaranteed response, and a 4-hour emergency response time. Platinum customers also get a ~15% discount for additional hours. The plan includes a robust suite of services compared to the Gold plan, including server system updates, quarterly reviews, managed antivirus, and more. We offer a dedicated, scheduled on-site staff augmentation, if desired.
DIAMOND: Enterprise Service
Appropriate for established companies, our Diamond plan comes with a predefined number of tech support hours, 24×7 guaranteed response and a 4-hour emergency response time. Diamond customers also get a ~20% discount for additional hours. The plan includes almost every service we offer, including server system updates, quarterly reviews, managed antivirus, and more. With the Diamond plan, we can also provide dedicated, scheduled on-site staff augmentation if desired.
